Hi, I’m Janiece A. Jean Baptiste, an Industrial-Organizational Psychology Practitioner, educator, strategist, coach, and the CEO of The Answer Group Consulting, LLC.

At my core, I am a builder of frameworks, a cultivator of clarity, and a partner in purpose. I founded The Answer Group Consulting to create a space where strategy meets soul, where individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations can gain the alignment, direction, and structure needed to move from vision to intentional action.

My work is rooted in the belief that clarity is not a luxury. It is a leadership necessity. Whether working with organizations, leaders, or individuals, I help people practice the kind of leadership discernment required to distinguish what is urgent from what is important, what is misaligned from what is simply difficult, and what is calling for movement from what is asking for patience.

Across my career, I have worked at the intersection of people, systems, strategy, and transformation. My experience spans global for-profit organizations, nonprofit leadership, board service, higher education, and community-centered initiatives. I have led and supported culture-shaping efforts, onboarding and internship programs, leadership development initiatives, organizational strategy, and mission-aligned program design.

Today, through The Answer Group Consulting, I partner with organizations and individuals who are ready to move with greater clarity, alignment, and intention. My consulting work helps organizations strengthen culture, improve systems, design meaningful programs, and align people strategy with purpose. My coaching work supports individuals navigating transition, leadership, professional identity, purpose, and the deeper work of becoming who they are called to be.

I am especially passionate about creating spaces where people can unpack what they have been carrying, recover what may have been overlooked or misplaced, and reposition their strengths, experiences, gifts, and vision for what comes next.

In addition to my consulting and coaching work, I serve as an adjunct professor at Florida International University, where I teach psychology courses rooted in leadership, identity, organizational behavior, and critical thinking. My teaching and practice are deeply connected. In the classroom, I help students examine the psychological, cultural, and systemic forces that shape how people lead, work, and make meaning. In my consulting and coaching work, I help individuals and organizations apply those insights in real time, translating reflection into strategy, clarity, and intentional movement.

Among the courses I teach, Women & Leadership is closest to my heart because it creates space for students to examine power, voice, identity, systems, and the courage required to lead from a place of wholeness. The passion I have for this course led me to author its accompanying textbook, Women & Leadership: Identity, Power, & Practice, a resource designed to make complex psychological and leadership concepts accessible, practical, and relevant for students, leaders, and organizations alike.

I serve in mission-driven leadership roles, including Board Chair for New Canon Chamber Collective, Vice Chair for Blacks in I/O Psychology, and Vice Chair for FIOP. I have also partnered with organizations and initiatives such as AIRIE, SPHINX LEAD, Art Prevails Project, and Hued Songs, supporting work connected to leadership, equity, culture, creativity, and community impact.

Born and raised in South Florida, I lead with faith, purpose, discernment, and a deep love for people. I bring structure, strategy, honesty, joy, and grace into every engagement because I believe the work of alignment is both practical and deeply human.
